What is the MSPA?

The MSPA is the largest professional trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources. With over 150 member companies worldwide, our diverse membership includes marketing research and merchandising companies, private investigation firms, training organizations and companies that specialize in providing mystery shopping services. Our member companies work with their clients to establish mechanisms to measure and improve levels of service.

MSPA Asia/Pacific

MSPA–Asia Pacific Fifth Conference

The next conference will be in Shanghai, China in mid November 2009. We are expecting to have representatives from all over Asia as well as the rest of the world. Last year in Kuala Lumpur we had attendees from all over the world learning from different practitioners around the world. Stay tuned as further details are released early in 2009.

2009 MSPA Europe Conference Lisbon, Portugal - 27-29th May 2009 - Mark you agenda!

Thank you to all participants and speakers, that joined the MSPA Europe conference in Berlin 21-23rd of May 2008!. The theme of the conference was "Serving better … Selling more". More than 120 delegates, including members of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) from 38 different countries, met to discuss a range of topics of importance to the industry.
