I ordered and paid in full for the Gold DVD on April 29, 2009. It is now May 19, 2009. This DVD was suppose to be sent to me within 2 business days of my order and payment and I still as of today's mail, do not have it.
I have tried to email MSPA with a follow-up request three times and all I get is their automated response which gives me a whole lot of links and emails that do not answer my question.
Does anyone know how I connect with a live person as MSPA to inquire about why I haven't recieved this DVD. |

There was an e-mail contact form on the contact page as well.
Maybe you'll have to write to MSPA with a copy of your payment receipt to advise them that the DVD was not received. |
