Hi,
new here, so forgive me if this has come up before. I've been Mystery Shopping for about 6 years, so I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly on both sides - the shopper, and the shop providers. Some providers are terrific, helpful, and understanding, and I have been with them since day 1. Others are just plain bad, and after giving them a chance or two, I've dropped them.
But I've got one company that has overall been good to work for, until recently, when a new scheduler popped on the scene. Don't know if she's overworked, or just plain incompetent, but her complete lack of knowledge and insensitivity is going to be the death of me. She's cost me a lot of money in poor planning, bad scheduling, and general daftness.
Times are tough, and there aren't as many jobs out there - at least in my area - as there used to be. At one time, I could count on making $1000. a month or more from combined providers. Now, most months, I'm lucky to pull in $400. So I can't afford to just write this company/scheduler off.
How can I get the word to her supervisors that she's just not competent to do her job, which is killing me, and likely annoying her clients no end? If I manage to offend her, I know that'll be it for me with the company. There is no way to send information to anyone but her on the website.
Any thoughts, comments? |
